Absolute Poker Review (Print this article)

Absolute Poker Online Poker Room, is a relative newcomer to the online poker community, but has been growing rapidly, and now ranks in the top ten for cash games, if not for tournaments. It has arguably the best bonuses in poker, and a very different look to many of the more established players.

Software: Absolute Poker has unique software not shared with any other poker room, which is crisp and easily playable, but not to everyone’s taste as it can seem a bit ‘busy’. It is also a very heavy application and older computers may slow considerably when using it. You will also find ring games that are only 9 seated rather than the more usual 10. A nice feature is the option to supply an image of your choice as your own personalised avatar for your seat.
7/10

Support: Only email support is provided, which is not as good as some others in the market.
5/10

Banking: Absolute Poker accept Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Centralcoin, Firepay, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft and Electronic cheque. Payouts may be the fastest in the industry especially if you choose neteller as your preferred option.
8/10

Bonuses: Absolute Poker have undoubtedly one of the best bonusing structures on the internet, with a 35% Welcome Bonus up to a maximum of $210, and frequent re-loads, this is a bonus hunters dream. The only qualification being that they must be played through within 60 days of depositing, but never fear, like swiss trains, if you lose a bonus at Absolute Poker, be sure another one will be along right on time. 10/10

Game Availability: Absolute is growing, and there is undoubtedly far more action of late, just be prepare for some late nights, as their profile in Europe is virtually non-existent, so you are waiting for the US players to leave work for the day and start logging in after 10pm GMT to find really good game selection.
8/10

Game Toughness: Choose your games wisely, there is a big mix of quality here, but avoid playing the short-handed games if possible, where the quality certainly picks up, and you should find yourself clearing those big bonuses with plenty to spare. 6/10

Total 44/60 (Print this article)
